Gamze received Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in computer science from Sakarya University in 2009 and 2012, respectively. She joined SOS lab in 2021 as a Ph.D. student. Her background is in medical data analysis and secure transmission over the Internet, specifically vital data tracking and e-Health platform development.

Gamze is currently working on microfluidic structures and experimental design to develop an optimal experimental design framework for the efficient characterization of biomolecular circuits based on image-based real-time control feedback.
