SOS Team Members

Felix studied physics at the Technische Universität Darmstadt, culminating in a master's thesis that investigated Boolean and continuous dynamics in the context of systems biology.

He joined the SOS Lab in April 2019 as a member of the LOEWE CompuGene research program.

He is interested in the prediction of function of biological sequences, facilitated by state-of-the-art deep learning models.
