Nikita was bachelor and master student from 2008 until 2014 at , Faculty of Computer Sciences, Applied Mathematics Department, Kyiv, Ukraine. His master thesis was 'Searching for Exact Solutions of Non-linear Boundary Value Problems With Moving Boundaries in Three-Dimensional Space'. He joined the lab in July 2014. National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy
Nikita's research interests are focused around analysis of agent-based models for collective behavior. He is interested in developing models exhibiting new collective dynamics, conducting experiments involving bacterial swarming in microfluidic setup, developing multi-target tracking pipeline for bacterial colonies, and inferring adequate models based on the obtained experimental data.
